HANISOL AR-29는 액상으로 제조된 섬유가공용 환원방지제로 색호에 첨가하면 염료의 환원을 방지하여 색상의 재현성을 안정화 시키는 조제이다. Mild oxidizing agent to prevent the reduction of sensitive dyes in the dye-bath and thus avoid fluctuations in shade. Oxidising agents for the textile industry. Auxiliaries for preventing any Ludigol Liquid undesired reduction of dyes (e.g. of reactive and disperse dyes) and for reoxidising prints and dyeings produced with vat dyes. When padded onto discharge grounds (“Ludigolising”) they prevent the reduction of the ground shade during the printing process and in steaming. Lugidol Granules

are non-dusting.

Usual application rate: 10 g/kg Ludigol Granules

• 조성: Sodium-m-nitrobenzene sulfonate, technically pure.
• 성상:98% 고체-플레이크 혹은 파우더 
• 성상:25% 액상-담황색 액체(유효성분:25%수용액)
• 이온성:음이온
• pH : 8.5~9.5(2g/l 수용액 기준)

특징

• 나염용 모든 색호에 활용 가능하다.
• 환원이 쉽게 일어나는 Cellulose 섬유에 특히 안정된 색상을 얻을 수 있다.
• 색상의 밝기가 Powder 보다 좋아 우수한 색상을 얻을 수 있다.

사용방법:

• 면 반응성 염료 날염시 색호 기준으로 Flake(98%) 1-2g/L(0.2~0.3%)
• 액상 제품은 Flake x 5배 사용

포장

• 파우더(98%) 25KG 지대
• 125Kg PVC Drum, 내부 비닐.

참고사항

• -8℃까지는 액체이나 -18℃ 이하면 고상이 된다
• 재용해하여 사용시 성능을 유지한다.
• Flake는 70~80도의 물에 쉽게 용해 할 수 있다. 용해 할 수 있는 농도는 20% 가 적당하며, 상온에서는 장기간 보관하여도 결정화되지 않아 사용하는데 문제가 발생하지 않는다.
